What does it mean to be a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP)?
Becoming a CPP was a very important goal of mine. To become a CPP you must pass a 100 question test on everything from lighting to posing to post production. Once the test is passed, the photographer has to submit an image evaluation comprised of 3 very technical images. Both must be passed to gain your CPP.
What this means for the client is that you can rest assured that you are getting quality images from a photographer that has sound technical knowledge of what makes a great image.

How many photos do we get?
It depends on the amount of time in your shoot session. An average sized gallery is approximately 20 - 30 images. Longer shoot sessions, will increase the number of images in a gallery.
Do you have an indoor space?
Yes! I have a beautiful indoor studio with several background options, and lots of props.
What happens once we receive our gallery link?
Once your gallery link is delivered to you, you have 3 weeks to either make an ordering consultation appointment with me, or to make a purchase. If neither is completed by your two week deadline, your link will be shut down.
You can have your link reopened for a $75 fee.
What is your travel fee?
It will vary. My travel fee is based on the number of miles the location is beyond the 25 mile radius plus any gas/hotel costs that I may have to incur.
How long have you been doing this?
I have loved taking pictures for a long time. When my oldest child was born, I asked for a good camera to capture all of her milestones. My love for photography has blossomed and grown from there until it morphed into more than a hobby! I offically opened the doors to MacSnaps on July 5, 2017.

Are the digitals included in the session price?
No, they are not. All prints and digitals are purchased once you receive your gallery link.
Whats your turn around time?
It is always my goal to get your gallery delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, realistically it takes me about 2- 3 weeks from shoot to gallery delivery.
Do you do "on location" shoots?
I will travel anywhere within 25 miles of my office/studio for no additional fee. Anything outside of that radius will have a travel fee added to the session cost.
Your website seems to show a lot of seniors, teen, dance and families, do you do other genres of photography?
I offer headshots and couple/engagement pictures also. I love to do an adorable smash cake session! I am always excited to try new ideas, so if there is something you want, let's talk about and see if we can make it work. The only genre I do not do is boudoir, and weddings are on a case by case basis, if you are interested, contact me for more information.
