I am looking forward to working with you this year! Please take the time to read the following, this includes information about your player's Picture Day

Hello!

My name is Sheri McAninch and I am the owner of MacSnaps Photography.  I have been capturing the Jokers for 4 years now.  We are going to do this year’s Picture Day a little differently.  I am coming to you!  I will be taking pictures on two Wednesdays this year, February 19th and February 26th.  We will be taking two images of each child.  A “game face/intense” face and a smiling one.  They can do the same pose for both or do a pose for each look.  

I will be setting up a schedule for each week.  On the 19th, I will be shooting from 5:30 -7:30p.  I will shoot the 5 teams in the early session, as well as anyone in the late session, who cannot be there on the 26th.  If you are someone who is in the late session that needs a picture taken on the 19th, please reach out to me at 740.359.0098. 

On the 26th, I will be shooting from 6:30-8:30.  I will shoot the 6 teams in the late session, as well as anyone who missed on the 19th.  If you cannot be there on the 19th or if you ended up missing, please reach out to me so that I can add your child to the schedule.

If you would like to have sibling pictures taken, please also reach out to me so that I may fit that into my schedules as well.  I am asking that everyone needing to make arrangements opposite their allotted time frame, to please contact me by February 16th so that the schedules can be created and given to the coaches.

** Please note: I get a CRAZY amount of SPAM calls for insurance, different programs & products. I always let my phone go to voicemail first. So please either text me or call and leave a clear voicemail and I will get back to you right away or as soon as I am able.

All coaches and their child will have a picture taken together, and will receive a complimentary 5x7 as a “thank you” from me. 

We are asking that players all bring any equipment they want in the picture.  This can consist of catcher’s gear, hat, helmet, bat and glove.  I will have clean baseballs with me.  If they have a certain pose or stance for their picture, they are welcome to share that with me!  We also want every player to get their picture taken.  Envelopes will be passed out by the coaches and there will be an online option once the first order is placed.  Online information will be given to the coaches when the initial order is placed.

Below, I included the template design this year so the kids can know what it is going to look like, if they want a certain pose. We want a large variety of poses so that the group picture is more dynamic.  Also, a reminder that a Memory Mate is an 8x10 image with both your child’s individual picture and the team picture on it.

**UPDATE: If you cannot make either date, please reach out to me to make a personal appointment to get your child's picture taken.

This Year's Concept:

This is a mock up of what the images will look like this year (using images from last year). In the team picture on the left, there will also be the team level (12U, 10U, etc.) somewhere on the image. The middle image is the individual picture. The image on the far right is a mock up of the Memory Mate. The buttons, magnets and team photos will all have a background that matches the background of the Memory Mate.
