FAQ
Do you take venmo?
Yes, I do accept Venmo! My Venmo handle is @macsnapsphotography.
Do I have to turn in an envelope if I venmo you?
Yes, I do accept Venmo. However, I receive a large number of Venmo payments, which makes it difficult to track without the accompanying order envelope. All picture orders are processed based on the envelopes I receive, and I verify payments from there. If an envelope is not submitted with your order, your pictures will not be ordered, and the payment will not be refunded.
Can I order online?
Yes! The process will look a little different this year, but you’ll still be able to easily find your child’s photos using face recognition technology! I’ve partnered with PhotoDay to offer a faster, simpler, and more convenient online ordering experience.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Typically, orders take about 2–3 weeks. As a sole proprietor, I personally handle every step of the process—from Picture Day all the way to delivery. I put great care into each order and do my very best to ensure everything is completed and returned to you as quickly as possible.
How do I get an envelope?
Envelopes are delivered to schools and coaches. They will be distributed to your student/athlete from there. On Picture Day I will have a few extras with me, typically, however it is best to check with your school/coach to get your envelope.
Do you prefer orders by envelope or online?
I’m happy to work with either option! However, I do plan to transition to a mostly online process moving forward. PhotoDay offers a simple, convenient system that makes Picture Day a breeze—you’ll even have the opportunity to view your images before placing your order!
Can I tag you on social media?
Absolutely! I love when parents share their images! If I see your post, I’ll happily share it, too. Be sure to use the QR code to follow all of my social media accounts so you can stay connected. I post important announcements and updates there, so following along is the best way to stay in the know!
Do I get more than one pose?
Yes! This year, I’m returning to providing each child with a traditional pose, plus a second pose if they’re willing (some students prefer to stick with just the traditional one). If you’d like the option to choose which pose you order, the best way is to place your order online. Orders by envelope will include the traditional pose only.
Can I choose my background?
Yes! I’m excited to announce that this year, by teaming up with PhotoDay, I’m able to offer background changes for ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. If you’d like to choose a different background, PhotoDay makes it simple! This feature will be available as an option for the 2025–2026 school year.
What is media day/night for the seniors? How much does it cost?
I’m thrilled to introduce a new service for our senior athletes, band, and theatre students—Media Day/Night! This special session gives seniors the chance to get creative while capturing a minimum of five dramatic, high-impact images that truly highlight their high school memories.
If you haven’t seen what I’ve been working on, head over to my social media—I promise, these images are stunning keepsakes you’ll treasure!
For this year only, Media Day/Night will be offered at no cost as our Athletic Director and I fine-tune the process to make it run smoothly in the future. Beginning with the 2026–2027 academic year, the cost will be $95 per senior.
If my child isn't there on picture day, will you photoshop them in?
Unfortunately, I’m not able to Photoshop a child into the team photo. Team pictures are created using the group present on Picture Day to ensure accuracy and consistency for everyone. However, I’d be more than happy to schedule a time for individual pictures if your child cannot be there on Picture Day, so you’ll still have special photos to remember the season.
How do I purchase a senior banner?
Proudly, all senior banners are donated by MacSnaps Photography! We’re honored to support Bellaire Local Schools and celebrate our amazing seniors!
If you’d like to purchase an additional banner to display on your porch or in your senior’s room, you can do so by texting me at 740.359.0098 or emailing sheri@macsnapsphotography.com. The cost is $50, and each banner measures approximately 3' x 4'.
Will you be there at all events to capture these memories?
As a sole proprietor, I’m the only photographer for MacSnaps Photography; however, I’m fortunate to have Dane D Photography working closely with me this season. Together, we’ll cover as many events as possible, ensuring plenty of great moments are captured. All candid images will be uploaded to a gallery link where they will be available for purchase.

I do! Just click the button below to access the gallery, where you can purchase both prints and digital images. These are perfect for collage frames, scrapbooks, and keepsakes of your athlete/student in action!
The more you purchase, the more you save—and if you don’t need everything included in a package, consider teaming up with another parent to split the cost. It’s a great way to get close-up action shots without breaking the bank!

For the candid shots, if I ask you to take pictures specifically of my child, will you?
Yes and no. The candid gallery is meant to capture moments of all students and athletes across events, so focusing solely on one individual would take time away from photographing others.
If you’d like me to dedicate time specifically to your student or athlete, I’m happy to do so, but that is considered a separate service with a different cost. You can find more details about this option by clicking the button below.

I’m very proud to say that I love giving back to my community! Bellaire is my home, and supporting its people and programs means so much to me. Each year, I proudly donate all of the senior banners, contribute to various community events, and give back a portion of my sales to different groups and schools within the district.
